What To Expect & How To Prepare
01. START HERE.
Interested in working together? The first step is to fill out the contact form on my website. It goes directly to me, and it's the best way to get in touch. To help me understand your needs, please share: the type of photos or video you want, your location, and your budget or goals. The more you share, the smoother and easier I can make the process!
02. GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER.
Once I’ve reviewed your info, we’ll have a friendly chat to dive deeper into your vision and any special requests. This helps me recommend the perfect session or film to fit your story and needs.
03. BOOKING.
When you’re ready to book, I’ll send a contract and invoice. Signing and paying the initial deposit locks in your date and gets us ready to create something great.
How to Prepare
Your style is unique — bring what feels most authentic to you! For photos, layers and textures in neutral or muted tones work well and complement most surroundings. If you’d like, bring alternate outfits or props to switch things up if time allows. (Music is always welcome if it helps you relax!). Avoid bold graphics, logos, or neon colors — they tend to distract. Also, clear pockets of items like phones, wallets, or keys to keep the focus on you.
These are just helpful guidelines — I love when we break the rules creatively!
Locations
The best photos happen in places that mean something to you. I’m happy to suggest spots too. I’ve shot everywhere from parks and waterfronts to alleys and under bridges — let’s get creative!
Depending on location, season, and weather, we’ll pick the perfect time to shoot. My personal favorite? Historic Downtown Panama City — it offers parks, water views, and variety of architecture.
Where Are The Photos or Videos?
Once your session or film is done, I jump into editing right away! Within about a week, I select the best shots or clips and work my magic in post-production. Your final photos or video will be ready within a few weeks (and often sooner, as I like to work fast!), delivered in a private online gallery where you can view, download, share, and order prints or products.
My edits enhance colors and details but keep you looking real and maybe bit styled. If you have any special requests or concerns, just let me know beforehand. Please trust my style based on my portfolio, but if something doesn’t feel quite right, I’m happy to adjust. I do ask that you avoid further edits or filters, as I craft each image with care and intention.
When your gallery arrives, please download and save your files safely! Tangible prints and albums are always special. And when sharing online, I appreciate a tag or credit so others can find my work.

Why do we need a contract?
The contract ensures we’re on the same page about all the key details — date, location, what you're booking me for, and when payments are due.
It protects both of us, sets clear expectations, and helps everything run smoothly so we can focus on creating something great together.
How does payment work?
Once we’ve agreed on the details, I’ll send over an invoice and contract. You can pay with a credit or debit card, and we can schedule the payments accordingly.
To reserve your session, a 50% retainer is due at booking. The remaining balance is due before the session date.
You're welcome to pay in full upfront if you prefer.
Where do you travel?
I’m based in Panama City, FL, and sessions within Bay County are included.
Travel outside that area is billed at the standard mileage rate.
Have somewhere special in mind? I’m open to custom arrangements for destination sessions — just reach out and we’ll talk details.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session — life happens! After three reschedules, the booking may be considered canceled, and the retainer is non-refundable.
What if I’m running late or want extra time?
Please try to arrive on time — sessions start as scheduled. If you’re late, it may shorten your shoot or incur extra charges for additional time.
How will I receive my photos?
You’ll get an online gallery within about 3 weeks. From there, you can view, download, and order prints directly. Gallery access is available for 30 days after delivery for downloads and print orders. Need more time? Just ask!
